Many people say that gaining muscle fast only happens in the gym. Most people know this isn't true and one of those people is me. After training for a couple of years now I've devised six ways to grow muscle fast. These six aspects of my plan only take part as a diet. In future article I will be mentioning more about exercise guidelines and specific muscle exercises.
The first aspect of my plan is to increase your calorie intake. Say if you're only eating and drinking a daily intake of 1500 calories, amp it up a little and turn that to 1800 or 2000 calories. If you're currently on a dedicated meal and exercising plan, this is perfect for you, especially if you're aiming for your dream body because the more you eat means the more mass you have to turn into muscle.
The second aspect of my plan is to make sure you get enough protein to support your muscle growth. This is a crucial part to this plan because without enough protein the human body won't be able to show defined muscle results. Aim for at least 1 to 2 grams of protein for every pound of body weight. For example, if you weigh 180 pounds (82 kg's), than you should be including 180 to 360 grams of protein into your diet for great results.
The third step into this plan is a crucial factor, not only for gaining muscle fast but life itself. The body needs water to function at least 64 ounces of water in fact. The body needs this sufficient amount of water to control an optimal rate of muscle growth, so keep hydrated with water.
Another crucial factor in this plan is eating regularly. Most people eat 3 main meals a day and also some people might eat junk food through the day but don't worry, I do this too and to be honest it hasn't changed my body structure at all but this will be mentioned in the next step. Instead of eating 3 large meals a day eat about 5 smaller portion meals a day. As hard as it might be to make it's a crucial factor into allowing the body to gain muscle fast. If you can't be bothered making the meals just add a protein shake instead of one of the meals.
The fifth fact which you might think is totally off guard is actually to eat fat. When you eat food and think it tastes good it might be because it has traces of fat in it usually saturated fats which aren't exactly good for the body but if you are to eat major amounts of saturated fats make sure you limit it to only 20 grams or less. Usually saturated fats are found in such foods as bags of chips, bacon and butter. The good news in fats is that unsaturated fats are actually beneficial to anyone's diet. These fats are necessary for the proper distribution of vitamins A, D, E, and K, which helps promote better eyesight, and healthy skin. Depending on your calorie intake, about 40 to 60 grams on mono and polyunsaturated fats are completely beneficial for your training and your overall general health. A great program to find amounts of fats and proteins found in foods is actually an iPhone and Android app called my fitness pal. I used this myself to keep me on track with my diet.
My final aspect of my plan is one that my mum taught me which is to take your vitamins. After years of researching vitamins, I came to a conclusion that vitamins are the best possible way to keep healthy without using medicinal products. It has great short and long term effects. Vitamins are the best way to keep healthy, usually they would be found in protein shakes and they can really help your body of gaining muscle fast!
Overall this is a basic guide of what I use for gaining muscle fast and it really works. Usually some people might do something wrong in their diet and totally forget about it but don't worry it happens all the time just let all the anger out on running. Running in my opinion is the best from of anger relief and a great way to create body shape.
